If you can find a two phase power source to connect it to the motor will try to run with 2/3 rds of its. Windings. If the mechanical load it is connected to need only 2/3 rds of the rating of the motor it may actually be able to run it successfully Note however that two phase power (e.g. 90 degree phase angle) is not something easily acquired to my knowledge there is no generator I’ve ever heard & which produces two phase power and it cannot easily be gotten from three phase (120 degree phase angle) power.
